Our on-site bench jeweler has over 30 years experience in the industry. Repairs, such as prong/tip repairs, soldering breaks, setting stones, ring sizing, restoring and creating jewelry are done on-site so your items don't have to leave the building.

We also have a great team of jewelers from lapidary artists, laser repair, beading, CAD design, casting, and inlay work, to name a few.

RESTRINGING

Professional, in-house restringing services for your favorite beaded jewelry, pearl strands, stretch bracelets, and more.

WATCH SERVICE

In-house watch repair is available for most makes/models, battery replacement, movement replacement, crystal replacement, link adjustments, cleaning service, and more.

We also have a great selection of new bands and vintage watches for sale.

BUY/SELL

NOTE for permanent jewelry

· This style of jewelry is called permanent, however, that does not mean it is unbreakable or indestructible, you must take care of your jewelry once you leave the store.

· Afterglow Jewelers is not liable for lost chains or charms. If your chain breaks, make sure you put it in a safe place then bring it in and we will do our best to repair it for you for a fee. Repairs start at $10. If your chain breaks, and jewelry is not in its original form or if it is beyond repair, a new one will have to be purchased.

· If you need to remove your chain for any reason, we will gladly cut it off for you at no charge. If you need to remove it yourself, simply cut the ring that holds the chain together.

· We cannot make the chain longer once it is cut, so if you want to lengthen the chain, you will need to purchase a new chain.

· Permanent jewelry is not recommended for people who regularly engage in activities where snags could lead to injury such as sports, hobbies, lifestyle, or using tools and equipment.

· Certain charm and link styles are more likely to catch on things. Watch for points and sharp angles that can hook fabrics. Simple chains will wear the best over time.

· Precious metals are malleable. If a chain get caught on something and tugged, links can stretch, bend, or break altogether. Permanent bracelets are delicate by design, so they are light and comfortable to wear.

· All permanent jewelry is final sale. This is a custom fit and service.
