Return/EXCHANGE PolicY

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return the item within 10-days of the original purchase date and we will offer an even exchange or store credit to use in the future under the following conditions:  

• Timeframe: Exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of the original purchase date.
• Condition of Item: All items must be in their original, unworn, unused condition, free from any damage, scratches, alterations, or signs of wear. Items will be thoroughly inspected; stones and metal will be tested and checked to ensure the item is in its original condition.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid original sales receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
• Shipping Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with any exchange. Afterglow Jewelers is not responsible for any lost or damaged items incurred during shipments.

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions:

• Custom-Designed or Engraved Jewelry: Items that have been custom-made, personalized, or engraved at the customer's request.
• Special Orders: Items ordered specifically for a customer that are not part of our regular stock.
• Damaged or Altered Items: Any item that has been worn, damaged, altered, or resized by a jeweler other than Afterglow Jewelers.
• Estate/Vintage Items
• Final Sale Items: Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
• Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.
